Want to shed all those extra pounds that you have gained and no time for a proper fitness regime? Well, sorry about that first that you are so busy in your life that you cannot take just a few minutes to take care of your body and give it a new breath. Burgers, frozen foods, hotel pizzas and pastas, extra creamy ice creams, burgers; all this sounds so wonderful right? But trust us; it won’t look as good when it accumulates around your tummy and the hips. Too much of everything is super bad.

Well, let us understand a fact. We are no Cinderellas (even the male ones) and our lives are not going to change overnight. No fairy godmother, no mice, no pumpkin, no beautiful dress, no glass slippers and certainly not a charming better half. We have to work hard to get all of this. But what we have is some small yet effective ninja foods that help us not only shed the belly fat but with continuous consumption put a stop to the gain.

They absorb the cholesterol, are healthy and fill your tummy. Nothing beats a combination of oats porridge and fresh fruits.
