Sunday can be a funday and relaxing too!

For everyone, yes everyone, Sunday spells a relaxing, chilling, sleeping, lazying around and doing nothing day. But what if you could do something new each Sunday, relax in it, have fun and laugh out loud? Well, we at Wowral ask our team mates what they would do on a Sunday that will make them feel better and happy. Here are their answers which you must try once because the answers are so varied and refreshing when compared to sleeping, that they do deserve a try.

Whole week makes you tiresome and irritating. Indulge in the forgotten strokes or chords or books or collections. Walk down the memory lane and then expand a little bit more every Sunday. First Sunday it might look like a pile and burden but gradually you will pick up speed and would want to add more to the 'thing' you love to do!

Be the visitor in your own city and go hovering about here and there like a tourist getting to know more of the famous or the non famous places. It is blissful to know the roots of your city and your admiration develops and expands when you come to know about the history that you have been living with. Parks, museums, historical monuments, beaches, hills, science centers, places of public interests and so much more. Move beyond the malls, the shopping and the movie theatres. Life is about exploring. Where are you?

There is no better joy than picking up a drawing book, some crayons and then opening your mind to a canvas that can absorb everything and anything. bad at drawing? You can have a coloring book. Have deft fingers? Well, go on watch some tutorials and create something that will bring back some memories of your childhood and the joy or making.

Cooking IS relaxing. No matter what people say, cooking not only ends up giving you a tasty meal, studies have proved that cooking helps you ti get out of your bad mood, relax, and be positive. May be the mouth watering aromas work on us or something. But whatever may be the reason, try cooking and we are sure you are bound to love it. For the beginners: go for simple recipes and bask in the success first.

This may sound weird again but when you spend time with children; reading out stories, playing with them and talking to them, you bring out the lost child in you. You are not only happy for no particular reason and go in a happy relaxing mood that continues to linger and continue to look forward to it.

Love your bike or car or cycle? Well, then why are you reading this? Get hold of it and simply go in any direction that you like. Be it a dhaba few miles away from your city or a fort somewhere nearby; it is meant to be explored whenever you feel like. Also take up trekking and push yourself to be harder, better than your previous version.

Help people. Help little children. Educate them. Teach them good habits, etiquette and the life that lies in front of them. Take sweets and toys when you can for them. Helping the unfortunate should come naturally. You receive more love than what you share and life certainly becomes good. Old or new, aloof or together, go meet them all. You never know what life might bring up and often said, you never know when you see a person for the last time in your life. Meet them all when you can. Life comes with no guarantee. Everyone believes it to last long but where's the surety? Live while you can and laugh all the time. Make people happy because that makes you happier in turn.

If nothing excites you anymore, don't just be lying around and writing LOL or ROFL on social media platforms. Watch movies that inspire, ignite and give you a will to do anything. Watch re- runs of series that make you laugh like crazy and you connect to them.

Don't just laze around and be a bum. Get up and get going!
