We are surrounded by them. They are like an army, making our lives and world a better place. *Sigh*

We are sure that at least two of your friends work for an IT company and are totally smitten by them. They eat, pray, sleep IT and their fingers start itching if they do not press keys on a keyboard for some time. Going by the types of techies that we are friends with (including our technical team!), we could easily picture them in different kinds and that was fun. So why not you read ahead too!

1. The nerd

Knows it all. Been there done that. Master of every code. Simply loves the machines. Place them in a totally weird coding environment and they will crack it up. Just like that.

2. Photocopy machine

Copies everything from seniors or the nerd guy. Might change a thing or two. Hardly innovative. Mostly found with a straight face

3. Luck by chance

Success favors hard work but at times excepts the lucky ones. They are no good at coding. Not even copying. They are here because one thing leads to another and they just get lucky. Again.

4. Specialist.

They focus on only one area and get totally into it. No looking here and there. They just mean work. Only their. And when that is over, they do not care about whatever the whole project is about.

5. Damsels in distress

There are few girls who study engineering, work in MNCs to only find a guy who is settled in a foreign country and earns like crazy. They are actually like the trap doors. Perfect examples of half knowledge is a dangerous thing, they often get their single team mates to complete their work.

6. The no nonsense ones.

The managers. They have been through all and know very well how to handle each step of the project. Mostly women who have excelled in their talent and passion are employed here so that the seriousness is maintained.

7. The teacher.

Supremo. Worked in the MNC for long long years and knows every aspect of machines as well as human behavior. The only thing that stops him from a promotion? His low confidence.

8. The easy goer

This is an average fun person. Knows how to code and have fun simultaneously. So a package in a body. Meets deadlines but not panicky.
