We all live for one thing- happiness and we strive for it all our life!

Days that upset you never cease. When you least expect, there comes an incident that leaves you in a topsy- turvy world, questioning the path of your life.

Suddenly everything seems so cruel, bitter, loathsome and no matter what, you cannot take your mind off it.

So what do we do? Just leave everything in the middle and lie down and get depressed? No way. Instead focus on the lovely things you have besides and follow the following steps to make sure you live happily every after, on your own terms.

Your life is an outcome of the choices that you make. No one else can and should change the course of your life. It is your responsibility and hence you must make wise choices. You must make the most positive ones hence. they might seem wrong and may upset a few in your surroundings. But in the long run, it will always be beneficial.

There is nothing more victorious than facing the challenges your life throws at you and emerging a winner. It totally elevates your spirits and puts you your best foot forward.

So why not be thankful for everything each single day? It is important for us to acknowledge the little things we have for they are not meant to be taken for granted.

There are people who are not as fortunate as you are. They may have dreams but not all believe in them. Give them a listening ear. You might see a change that is so strong that no one will ever believe. Believe in them, support and encourage them for the good things they do.

Have a great vision. Concentrate on your goals and the path to achieve them. Forget the petty things. They are like obstacles and meant to be over ridden or won. Your dreams should be so strong that they pull you and you must fly to them as soon as possible.

Positive thoughts are a must but so is the action. One must ACT positive too. Thoughts might come and go but the actions stay. You must inculcate good habits that lead to the positive vibes in life. It is a circle and at that, a wonderful one!

This is perhaps the first step you must follow while you are on your way to change things. Before beginning and embarking on a new journey it is of utmost importance that you love and accept yourself. If you don't, no one ever will. So go on, love yourself with no guilt attached!

Direction might be different, even the path. You may have to fight yourself, your family, your friends, your relative but it will all be worth it. You must follow your heart to know what it is like to be free and yet focused. Hearts can never dupe you. They know deep and believe in you. So just go with the flow.
