How often do we hear that people need to change? Well, don't we fall in people too?

As a friend of ours stated once: Change is the only thing constant in one's life (obviously stolen line!), we always wish people to change forgetting that the first change should begin from our own self. Perhaps this idea could be viral and people start changing the 'bad' behavior often seen.

1. Be humble.

Stick to your ground values no matter what. Always remember your struggle days and incorporate the best lessons learnt from that time.

2. Be genuine.

People who fake are stupids. Do not fall prey to that league. Be yourself with the best that you can offer.

3. Be organized.

This point most of us find the hardest. Arranging the personal, professional life along with work that drops in from no where,it is difficult. But not impossible right? It might take a few strict rules on yourself. But the way can be found. Define everything that you can. Make up for most of the time.

4. Be punctual.

Do not be late. Don't we all just hate waiting? So why should someone else wait for us?

5. Remember..

The ones who put you down, who pulled you up and a very few who were alwaya besides you in all these times. People do last forever.

6. Granted? No. Never.

Never let yourself be taken for granted and more importantly, never take anyone for granted. The moment you feel that you are not being valued for who you are, leave.

7. Be spontaneous.

In your actions, reactions and in your life. Never let any opportunity go. Get hold of it, understand and then decide whether to leave or keep.

8. Don't be prejudiced.

Know first and then decide. Having an opinion is good but not keeping one unchanged. People change. Things change. So must you.

9. Be curious.

Yes, like a child. Deal everything with an angle that has never been seen. Get to know the 'how, when, what, why' factors.

10. Share and care.

The little you have, the more bigger you can make out of it when you share with those around you.

11. First perform your duties and the look for rights.

Rights are fundamental. But so are duties. To be a global citizen, you must perform first.

Rome was not built in a day and hence you cannot expect to change things altogether, all at once. So buck and start doing. You might just be at the corner to be what you always wanted to be.
