Is concentration a problem for you? Okay, lets admit it- yes. Most of us have issues when it comes to focusing on a certain thing.

For example, you sit to complete your work and presentation which is due tomorrow but all you do is look at your friend's facebook account and browse through his pics that he recently uploaded of a place he visited last weekend. If that is not enough, you end up searching the place on internet and reading about it while you have no time to go anywhere in the coming next 6 months.

And then and there you realize that 'only next 5 minutes more' of yours have costed you around 2 hours. You blame yourself and think of getting the work done again till you realize that you are tired and should take a walk or rest for some time. This never ends and ultimately you have to spend all the night working.

Ever wondered why this happens? No it is not about work load or loss of willpower. It is nothing else but the training that your brain misses.

So here are 7 tips to train and trick your brain so that you get things done in due time.

To overcome this, keep a tracker. Within the time period of your goal achievement, make shorter deadlines to complete bits and bites of the bigger picture. This way you will have shorter stepping stones which will lead you to complete the task as a whole with retrospection and further changes.
