In order to cover mental peace and not pieces, you are required to pursue a few steps which are not only significant but facilitate you to live a fit lifestyle and allow you to be strong enough to face any battle in life.

To begin with, this is the toughest and I guess most of us (including we!) cannot say no to different kind of things people ask for. It is not about your family or some close ones but this must apply to everyone who is a con, deceitful, does not value one single thing in life and is habituated to to using people for selfish and emotional rewards. Be a villain. It does not matter here. But say no.

Ignore things. Whatever troubles you, irritates you, frustrates you and makes you feel miserable or helpless, just choose one option- ignore. You are not here to live a life that makes you gloomy and burdened. And evolution is the witness that we must change our habits or else we must perish.

Relatives, friends, acquaintances – everyone that you know will give you the unnecessary opinions even about the nail color shade that you are going to buy. Don’t take that without analyzing your own situation. Your thoughts are free. You are free to think of your own good and betterment. We understand that people want and try to help but they are not in your circumstances. The recommendations they provide to you are based on their experiences. So think for yourself and take conclusions on your own.

Dance, sing, play guitar, paint, draw, sculpt, trek, do anything but just go out and spend time with value attached to it. You will learn something and become better in it as well. It is always good to spend time in activities that brighten your life or relaxing. And at all if you cannot do anything, exercise a little or meditate or listen to music or simply engage in sleeping.

The primary cause of unhappiness and being an introvert is becoming a pessimist about things that are going to happen in future. We often end up worrying and analyzing and criticizing and giving up so much that it takes a toll on us and further complexes our mental balance. We know it is easier said than done but why must we not fight back and give life another chance? Smile and laugh more. Don’t think about what others. Concentrate on what you like.

Take the control of your life. Live with a motto of actually living life. Talk, connect, just go with randomness and never forget to share. Being alive is not only a privilege but also a responsibility that we have to live life to the fullest. Lessen the tension. Not the life. Mental peace is a choice.
